Reports Report 4142aa (Event 4142-2016)

Observer
Name Joy C
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I experienced total cognitive dissonance seeing this unusually large green ball of fire shooting so low in the sky with no sound associated with what appeared like a spontaneous "burst" traveling at an oddly slower speed than shooting stars generally streak. My brain could not compute what I was seeing. It would have been strange enough if the large ball were orange/fire colored. The fact that it was distinctly large, green and silent confused the heck out of me!! Like an unusual green "firework" right in my neighborhood, without any sound or smoke whatsoever.
