Reports Report 4702j (Event 4702-2016)

Observer
Name Randy J
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks My sighting time is an estimate as I was doing morning chores around my property without a phone or watch to reference. I just recently retired from the Coast Guard after spending seventeen years at sea reporting contacts in the sky, on the horizon and in the water so I am very confident about the visual aspects of my report. Sighting lasted about six seconds. This is my first report.
