It was breathtaking . I lost sight of it at treeline but it looked like it was going to make contact with the ground . I did go look around but I didn't find anything .

I was on the lake and there are ice fisherman out there . I thought someone shot off a flare . The initial blast of light was behind me . I turned around because the flash was so bright and that is when I saw it shooting across the sky in broad daylight
