my area I place and time is an estimate, I know for sure I was around the area traveling south on I15 just passing baker. I saw it appear moving really slow. it seemed to have an arch to it as well a very slight arch. It was pretty bright it seemed at if it were shining a light at me. it may have lasted from 4 to 6 seconds.
