Remarks	I am a certified weather spotter thru hamfesters ammeter radio. I was returning from police station trash dumpster the flash caught my eye as I looked up.I waited to see if it appeared again. I didn't see a plane or lightning. One large star was shinning to my left. The temperature was cold and brisk.
