Bright white fuzzy ball of light that emitted a thin ring of pale blue light approximately 2 seconds after initial sighting, then the white ball faded in intensity followed 2 seconds later by emitting another pale blue ring. Then the white ball deteriorated into a thin orange streak that faded after 1 second.
