Reports Report 1083a (Event 1083-2017)

Observer
Name Lorraine R
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks My dog woke me up acting funny. Thought she had to use restroom. Let her out and while looking at the stars waiting for her to finish and come back in, I observed this. I waited a little more to see if anything else would appear but it didn't. I would like to know if what I saw was real or not. Thanks.
