Persistent train
Observation Yes
Duration 3s
Length 30°
Remarks The train flickered. ODDLY, there was a pause or "hitch" in the falling of the meteor, which I believe was a break-up of something large into smaller pieces that flickered after the main "ball" was below the horizon.
Terminal flash
Observation No
Remarks -
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks A classic ball and trail appeared first and then, quite oddly, it seemed to pause....most likely as it broke up into one large ball, one small ball and a green trail of smaller lights that continued falling one, two or three seconds after the biggest ball was below the horizon. I estimate this landed somewhere south of (but close to) Interstate 40 between Clines Corners and Milagro.
