Reports Report 2293a (Event 2293-2017)

Observer
Name Martin S
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I was traveling with a friend through the city on bicycle when I saw a bright orange/yellowish object fast moving in the sky going downwards, close to the moon. the size of the object seemed like 1/8th of the moon's diameter. no stars were visible due to clouds/fog, but the moon was visible too. I could neither see the beginning nor the end of the event. (it just appeared pretty high above our heads, showing up first between buildings and trees, then for a moment it was covered by a building or something else and i could see it again after traveling some meters on the bicyle. it went out of sight before going down (buildings hiding the view again). The time entered here could be 5 minutes inaccurate, i recovered the time from gps tracks that were taken approximately 10 minutes before and after the event (google maps history). the friend nearby noticed some irregular movement (like a wavy line or changes in brightness), but for me it looked pretty straight and continuous.
