Remarks | I think what I saw was maybe part of the object which had broken off. It came into the of sight while we were at an outdoor movie. It came in at almost a horizontal line, not very far above us (less than the height of the nearest building). I thought it may have been a firework, but it was flying very evenly with no sound. It was bright white at the end (though it wasn't very big - maybe less than a tennis ball) and then flared red at the end and burned out just past the screen. |
