Reports Report 2992a (Event 2992-2017)

Observer
Name Charles D
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks 1) I am sorry but I don't remember if it was Saturday 26 or Sunday 27, but it was at dawn, the sun was beginning to rise behind a hill, but not yet viewed. 2) About the brightness, it was very bright when I saw a ball (drop-like shape) then it went down like a white filament (like shooting star going vertically down, but not reaching the horizon), disappearing afterwards.
