It was at dusk. i usually see plenty of 'shooting stars' in the sky above Mauritius as we have very good viewing conditions (little air or light pollution) but this one was much bigger than anyone I've seen before. I'm sure many other people must've seen it.

It exploded into a bright red flash. Since i was driving i couldn't get a better look!!
