Reports Report 3996r (Event 3996-2017)

Observer
Name Bill J
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks A bright light caught my attention and at first I thought it was probably landing lights from a plan and I looked up at the light and it was bright yellow and just zipped across the sky and disappeared behind the treeline. As it neared the treeline, it broke into 2 pieces and separated about 15^ and then was gone. Pretty amazing. My time is very approximate as I did not think to check the exact time.
