Remarks | It was traveling parallel to the ground and rather slowly (maybe 10-200 mph is my best guess). It was low on the horizon. I think it was 0.5-1.0 miles from my location. I assume it was a fragment from the same object I saw reported on twitter about the same time in NJ, PA, MD and VA. It looked similar to a flare gun flare / firework. |
