Remarks | None, other that it was coming down out of the sky (it did not arc like a flare would) and was very brief as noted. looking down the highway I was traveling, it was visible slightly above the treelike (I was driving in my car — so I didn’t hear anything — so was able to see it through my front windshield — and it appeared about midway from top to the bottom of the windshield opening so it wasn’t too high up in the sky at the time. And it was fairly bright and not a pinpoint of light so it seemed light it was fairly close. I believe I was traveling west (or perhaps west, north-west) at the time. it was pretty significant for me, from a layperson’s perspective. Hope this additional info helps. I looked online to see if there were any other sighting that night but didn't find any. |
