Remarks i see shooting stars on my balcony from time to time from my balcony, but none as bright for that long usually less than a second, but they all look like they are going to fall in the bay. i wonder how many do fall in the bay and if anyone finds them or they will ever be found? do they rust away because of the saltwater? im from up north and would the same thing happen in freshwater lakes? or would they survive and do all meteors stick to magnets? thank you

Remarks i stepped on my balcony, something caught my eye to my right in the sky, it was a very bright shooting star but, bigger brighter then one i have ever witnessed before. i did not see it until it was almost low enough to fall behind the building in front of me but, the whole time i saw it which was about 4 seconds, it was very bright and had a trail following it until it dropped to where i could not see it anymore. it looked like it was going into tampa bay just north of the sunshine sky way bridge, but east of coquina key. i dont know if it went into the bay because i dont know how far they actually are compared to how far they seem to be,but it looked like it was going in the bay. it was definately the biggest and coolest thing i have ever seen as far as shooting stars go that wasnt on someones home video or a tv show...very cool!
