Remarks | I was walking due south when the meteor appeared in the southwestern sky. It was bright white. It streaked from the west to the east at a high altitude for a couple of seconds. There was a long trail that was also bright white. The head split into two discernible pieces, one above the other, before it disappeared in the southeastern sky. My wife saw it and another Walker we met a few minutes later. |
