Remarks I went out to look at the moon that was rising over the horizon to see if there was a halo effect to the moon tonight. I know the moon was going to be bright and had read somewhere it may produce a halo tonight. I have seen it before and thought it was amazing and wanted to make sure I got photos later tonight if it looked like it was going to. After looking for a little bit at the moon (I think it will have a halo tonight) I began to look around at the the sky as it is a crystal clear night out. That's when I saw it. It was very cool. It wasn't very fast like a "shooting star" but was actually slower and took a few seconds to make the trek I viewed it on, it appeared to fragment slightly and then disappeared.
