Remarks | It was very exciting for me and my husband to see. But it was also too close for comfort. I did not see it going through the sky like other people. My husband and I and other people driving down IH 1O I know had to see it too, but it was when it was close to the ground. |

Remarks | I was driving IH 10 east from enterprise rent a car coming back to San Antonio, Texas , from just outside Boerne (south), going down highway to the left I saw the glowing fireball right before impact. It landed in a field (Im guessing) because it actually appeared to just dissipate into nothing. I was driving and could not stare at it too long. Just long enough to see it fall at the end of its trip. My husband also saw it because he was several cars behind me. It was literally to my left. If it landed more to the west, it would have landed on IH 10 west. It landed to the left of the frontage road or access, next to ih10. There is a old ranch in the area with a horse on top of it. It was close to that. |
