This fireball was so bright I saw it from inside my car while I was driving home from work. The only reason I saw it was because I looked up to look at Venus and Jupiter in front of me. The apparent path of the fireball took it between Venus and Jupiter, just above Jupiter. It was one of the most exciting things I\'ve ever seen in the night sky.

The best I can describe it was like the trail of a firework. It looked like a streak behind the fireball and then it faded away.

I saw a very bright flash but it was not at the end of the flight and I saw no apparent fragmentation.
