Remarks The train was at first orange, the same color as clouds near the horizon just before sunrise this morning.I was traveling in my car and I kept watching it. It stayed fairly narrow and straight for at least 12 minutes before it started to widen and turn gray. When I got to my office I went to the 34 th fl and was still able to take a picture of it approximately 35 minutes later.

Remarks It was a classic terminal flash that increased in brightness and it was then I saw very distinct blue colors. It appeared to fragment at the instant of the terminal flash, not before.
