Remarks | I was traveling north on a bycycle ,fireball traveled from south to northeast 20 degrees above the horizon and dropped below the horizon toward the northeast. The light caught my attention ,lasted 4-5 seconds but was probably very noticable for over 6-7 seconds had I seen it earlier. A faily long tail followed and disappeared almost the instant the fireball dropped below the horizon. I am 40 miles south of Rochester, New York. Fireball appeared to disappear down into the horizon toward Albany. |
