Reports Report 655t (Event 655-2013)

Observer
Name Marlatt C
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Since I am not used to seeing such things close up it was quite amazing and looked very close to me. The brightness of the green was what was so startling to me as well as the speed and size and the fact that it descended instead of going upward made me sure it was not fireworks.
