I have seen a meteor shower before and this was very distinct because of how bright the flash was and the dual orange train - I have never seen that. I have also seen near-Earth orbit satellites and a few space shuttle re-entries and know this was very different. I was driving southbound on C-470 and observed the initial flash directly overhead and watched it arc about a quarter to a third of the angular distance down my line of sight through the windshield. I made a point to note the conditions and time of occurence

Remarks
two parallel trains that were burnt orange/brown in color that arced from point of entry high overhead and curved to where the fireball disappeared about a second afterward, train spanned about 25% of my windshield as I was driving and persisted only a second or two longer than the fireball flash
