The time is approximate. I was arguing with my wife and had walked out of the house to cool down. She maintains that it was a sign from God that I was wrong. The tail was large and blue. In the front there appeared to be a small black ball and to the back it tapered back to a thin line. It seemed to be moving slower than most shooting stars I have seen. It moved straight down from my perspective and disappeared at approximately the tree line.
