When I first saw it it was already low in the sky. Because of the depression of the ground I was in it disappeared behind the trees in the distance. It was beautiful and amazing. It was hard to judge a distance from me but I would say it landed somewhere between wareham and Tyneham. But it could have been further away. I've never seen a trail like that before where I could actually see sparks or material burning uo as it came off.
