I observed this intensely bright and large burst of blue light which appeared right in front of me while driving. In the moment I was surprised not to hear a big boom as I almost expected a huge impact from how close and intense it appeared. Also I know I’m sending this almost a decade later, and my memory may not be 100% but I was able to find the date from my own record and randomly came across it. I compared to other reports to get the time approximation.

Remarks
Sudden burst of bright blue light, appeared much larger than the moon from my perspective, illuminated the sky around it and disappeared as quickly as it appeared.
