Reports Report 2709h (Event 2709-2013)

Observer
Name Russell K
Experience Level 5/5
Remarks I was talking to nephew in my driveway looking up over my root top towards the Southeast. In the area of the constellation Cetus. Just about 9:00PM on Monday 11/1/2013. And WOW! This brilliant meteor in the high Southeast that moved on a angle towards the south. A very bright long blue/white streak that resembled thick lightning and than KABOOM! No noise was heard, but the sky lit up like daytime. That section of the sky flashed the brightest Blue/White light that filtered throughout that section of the sky. What a cool experience. Like a bomb exploded. Really Cool!
