Experience Level 4/5
Remarks This is the biggest meteor or whatever it was to have entered the earth's atmoshere in this area since around the 1973 time. At that point the meteor went over our house at a low altitude but with a huge speed behind it. Like this...It came down fairly fast once it entered the earth's atmosphere. It had a different greenish glow to it which made it look really neat and different than other meteors. At one point there was a flame about it but the color was fairly yellowish than orangish. Anyway, like other meteors that I have seen that stretch across the sky or come down at an angle...this was the first in my lifetime of seeing one coming straight down! Very neat!!!! My uncle feels that this might no so much to be a meteor, but the possiblity of space debris of the way the character of this thing came down. Whatever it was it will be interesting to see what they find when they find the impact crater. Totally Awesome....!!!!
