Reports Report 3461h (Event 3461-2013)

Observer
Name James S
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks 1. Path might be somewhat incorrect - In a spherical space, I was staring roughly west. Fireball came from left, caught initially in peripheral vision on left eye. The path was more of an arc, as it started above the horizon, went higher (or it went over my head, as from my perspective it would have arced), and ended in a North-West position. Initial path seemed to be going North-West. Visible for about 7 seconds. 2. It was fairly bright - if Venus is out in the South-western sky tonight, then it was almost that bright. Color was definitely light yellow and green, with maybe a tint of blue and white - Included because I don't think it stayed the same color start to finish. 3. No trail, sparks, fragmentation, or noise associated. This isn't my first fireball - I once saw and heard a vivid purple one back in Armada, MI, so I know what the noise associated with one sounds like (sounds like bacon grease sizzling, or sometimes a woosh-like sound). Good Luck - I'd love to hear if anyone manages to find this one.
