Driving down the road it caught the corner of my eye, turned my head to the left and saw clearly a large blue/green fireball with a long train behind it. The entire object was roughly 3" across the sky and was going in an exact straight line from east to west. I was able to look at it for roughly 3 full seconds before it completely vanished - suddenly I only saw the blackness of the sky. Very cool sighting!

Was brighter white in the middle with a greenish blue glow around it. It appeared the exact same until it vanished.
