Experience Level | 4/5 |
Remarks | I had to provide answers to get through the form, but I did not see a streak - only a glow, and a double flash, I was not "tracking" the meteor across the sky, as it was entirely obscured by trees from my vantage point. I only happened to be looking in the rearview mirror, and in the time it took me to turn around, it went from bright glow, to "lightning bolt" illumination level. |

Remarks | This is essentially all I saw. A concentrated glow behind us, behind the tops of the trees, followed by a *Very* bright flash which I assumed to be either a lightning strike or transformer malfunction/explosion - but there was no sound. |
