My wife and I were in the woods about a 1/4 mile south of the Lake Huron and I saw an orange/red glowing ball that appeared almost directly above us. We both watched it for about 5 seconds until it was blocked by the trees. I then ran to a clearing and was able to pick the object up again. I followed our for an additional 5-10 seconds until it started to flicker and eventually disappear.
