Remarks | This is the fourth fireball I've seen (over about 38 yrs) but this is the first I've reported. The others were also in north Florida. They are so cool! I will keep an eye out for meteors now that I know it's the Geminids. Thanks for making it easy to report these things. |

Remarks | It looked just like someone had set off fireworks and a piece of burning fireworks was falling straight down with a trail of little tiny sparks. The trail was about as long as my hand when I stretch it wide at arms length. I don't think this was fireworks, since there was nothing else in the sky before that, but it looked just like burning leftover fireworks. It looked very low, just above some shops. I could see the flames, so it could not have been far away. |
