Remarks | Already dark, driving on freeway and a bright green streak crossed my path as I headed northeast on the freeway heading from southeast to north/northwest. Saw it only for a second or two and it was very low on the horizon, looked like it was headed for local businesses but appeared to burn out/disappear. Very quick. I camp a lot so am outdoors a lot at night and I knew it was something unusual but didn't think much about it until I saw other reports from around MN of others seeing something as well. Very fast and greenish tint to it. Saw it through windshield so had to be pretty low on the horizon. . |
