Reports Report 3378bu (Event 3378-2014)

Observer
Name Dave O
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I've seen hundreds of shooting stars. This was at least 20 times brighter and "closer" than any I have ever seen. I was in a heavily lit area at the time. Stars were not visible from where I was at due to lighting in the area (I was at a gas station pumping gas). The streaking fireball was the only thing that I saw in the sky. It was NOT an airplane or satellite. It did not disappear, it burnt out. Awesome!
