Reports Report 260j (Event 260-2015)

Observer
Name Leanna V
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks There was no tail. It was just a very, very, large and extremely bright ball with a fuzzy green glow around it. It was huge and seemed closer to me than a plane flying overhead would seem. I'm on the north shore of Long Island and would assume this either fell on the south shore or possibly in the bay (if they even make contact with the ground). In comparison to my neighbors house, which is a small ranch, it looked like a large SUV falling from the sky.
