Trail appeared towards the end of the meteor's fall, about the last 1/3 of the visible 'flight'. It was orangey, looked almost like embers from a fire. Beautiful!

There was a bright, bluer flash during the last 1/3 of the meteor's flight, probably down to the last 1/4. Happened while the meteor was leaving a trail.
