Remarks | I have seen several fireballs as I have a telescope and I'm out at night quite a bit. I was in my yard and with the moon and several security lights around, this really got my attention with how bright it lit up the ground around me. Fire and smoke along it's path after the flash and around fifteen minutes later I could still see the smoke in the atmosphere as there was basically clear skies above. |

Remarks | It was a long, fiery train that illuminated the smoke along the path of the meteor. As the fire receded from it's entry point to where it disappeared, I could clearly see the smoke behind it. I went inside to see what time it was and around fifteen minutes later when I went back out I could see the smoke being illuminated by the moon slightly downwind of the path it had traveled. |
Terminal flash | |

Observation | Yes |
Remarks | In my backyard with security light and waxing moon, turned away it was bright enough I thought it was a large firework overhead absent sound. Bright blue color that lasted around 1 second. I don't know if it fragmented, the flash was what got my attention. |
