| Remarks | It went from west to east and was illuminated by a nearly full moon, lasted for several minutes as we walked in the dark. It started directly overhead and somewhat south of us, and ended to the east in the distance. We were in a deep canyon so we could not see the horizon, but did see the end of the smoke trail. |

| Remarks | The object streaked across the sky as a white ball of light and as it travelled east it became brighter. It ended suddenly in a bright blue green flash and appeared to grow in size slightly. It disappeared as quick as it appeared. |
