Remarks | I work as an astronomy supervisor (I.e. Lead stargazing guide) at Primland Resort Observstory and this is the largest meteor I have seen in two years. None of the other fireballs I have seen have been green. The skies were mostly cloudy but myself, my assistant, and one of our guests were all able to see it shooting up from the east for at least 10 seconds and leave a bright trail. I assume it was from the Taurids shower, and is the only one I saw this year because of poor weather. It was incredible. |
