Reports Report 929bz (Event 929-2010)

Observer
Name Joe P
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I was driving and saw what I first thought was a lighting flash. The sky lit up for a second. I looked up and saw a fireball running from my right to left moderately overhead. I had to dip my head down a little to see it out of my front windshield. I was facing almost directly north. I lost sight of it quickly behind some trees. It was hard to get a scale of reference for it, but I\'d say that it was either very low or very large. I drove on to a more open spot and looked where it was headed but didn\'t see any more signs of it.
