Driving east on I-80 and noticed a light thinking it was an airplane but suddenly an orange tail appeared and then vanished. Looked like it would hit the ground while still burning but did not. Doubt any remains but I\'d calculate it would have landed approximately near east side of Johnston or Southwest side of Ankeny. An amazing sight. Never seen anything come that close before.
