Reports Report 3807cd (Event 3807-2016)

Observer
Name Jared C
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks This was a remarkable experience as I've never seen one quite this large or easy to see. Most times these would last less than half a second or a blink. This one was long enough that while watching I felt as if I almost had enough time to grab my phone but then it was gone. So I'm guessing 1-1.5 seconds. It was north so I am assuming anyone traveling north to Cleveland may have seen it. Clevelanders may have seen it right above them or over the lake and flying towards the East.
