I may be a little off on the time as well as the height in the sky. It was slightly under the top of my driver window on my car if that helps any. Also I'm glad no one was around me as I got a little too excited and started cheering.

After a second in the sky it turned very bright and stayed like this for the duration. No fragments split off just a gradual decrease in size until it went out of my view.
