Heavy duty fuel source, powering an aircraft stopped in mid-air and nothing descended from the sky, nor was there any dark smoke. It continued on a horizontal path East toward the ocean and broke into 3 parts which were viewed as being dragged from original source. The lingering majestic effect it left was a neon outline of the trail of (smoke) that followed behind it. The main cavity was similar to that of a jellyfish or parachute. 6pm 12/3/2013 WPB, FL 33463
