Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks At first I thought it was a flash of lightning but then I saw the fireball and its trail for just a few seconds after the initial flash. I was in my vehicle and did not hear any "boom" but there probably was one. I assume the flash occurred when the object entered the earth's atmosphere.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks Same as above.
