Reports Report 248c (Event 248-2011)

Observer
Name Martha B
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It seemed like it suddenly appeared from nowhere . . . in the northeast, falling toward the south, looked like it would have crashed in the ocean. It was a very large red ball with a long thick bluish tail. I saw it for about 3 seconds until it fell behind the tree line. It seemed close. I thought it was a plane on fire crashing.
