| Remarks | I saw a green streak appear slightly out of perpendicular. It ended before reaching tree-line on horizon. Did not see 'fireball'. We live near Dulles and I'm aware it could be aviation, but I usually am up before sunrise looking over the lake and this was faster and didn't drift across or below tree-line on horizon as flights normally do. I'm not certain of exact time, but it was after 5am and before 6am. |
