Meteorites and fireballs are always a welcome sight. I have lived by the ocean for more than 30 years and only seen three fireballs like this. Now I will spend more time staring into the sky after dark. Glad to have a place to report this experience!

Remarks
Didn\'t notice any change in the tail of the fireball, it might have hit the ocean or disappeared from sight behind a tree before it fell in the Pacific. No lasting trails.
